Dye sublimation may be our most interesting production method. The specialty designed sublimation ink turns from the solid form of a digitally printed image, into a gaseous state when heat is applied. Once the ink is in it’s gaseous state, it is able to penetrate the pores of the polyester substrate. After the ink has penetrated the substrate, it turns back into a solid. Perfectly displaying your permanent decoration. This method works best with 100% polyester blends when dealing with garments.
